Details for Siamese & Balinese Kittens
Pricing Information
At KittyCatKat™, we are dedicated to breeding healthy, well-adjusted kittens. Our breeding program focuses on structure, genetic health, and stable, family-friendly temperament.
We take pride in producing Siamese and Balinese kittens that are confident, social, and prepared to transition smoothly into their new homes.
Before focusing solely on price, we encourage prospective buyers to consider the level of care and investment that goes into each kitten. Every kitten receives extensive care from birth including quality nutrition, litter training, veterinary oversight, vaccinations, socialization, and documentation.
We do not charge separately for the care and upbringing of our kittens — that level of care is simply standard here. There is no price that can truly be placed on a healthy, well-raised kitten, cat, or retiree.
KittyCatKat™ is a registered business and collects and remits sales tax as required.
Website Information
Information provided on this website is intended as a general overview of our cattery practices, kitten care, and adoption process.
Specific details regarding veterinary care, guarantees, documentation, buyer responsibilities, and breeder policies are outlined in the KittyCatKat™ Kitten Contract.
If any difference exists between information on this website and the signed contract, the signed contract governs the sale.
Deposit
No kitten will be considered reserved or held until a deposit has been received and confirmed by the breeder.
Siamese and Balinese kittens are reserved with a $300 non-refundable deposit, unless otherwise stated by the breeder.
Deposits may be placed to reserve a future kitten matching the buyer's request such as color, sex, breed, or general type.
Placement order is determined by:
- Kitten availability
- Deposit date (oldest to newest)
A deposit reserves the buyer's position in line for a current or upcoming litter and is applied toward the final purchase price of the kitten.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits do not guarantee a specific kitten until confirmed by the breeder
- If a buyer declines a kitten that reasonably matches the original request, the deposit is forfeited
- Final balance is due before or at pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing
Deposits indicate the buyer's serious intent to purchase a kitten and secure their placement position for an upcoming litter.
Kitten pricing is confirmed at the time a specific kitten is reserved.
The breeder reserves the right to decline or cancel a placement at any time prior to final sale if it is determined that the placement is not in the best interest of the kitten.
Kitten Package
Kittens typically go home with documentation and veterinary care appropriate for the kitten's age and timing as outlined in the signed contract.
This includes items such as health records, breeder-administered vaccines, pedigree documentation, and the KittyCatKat™ Kitten Contract.
Services, veterinary timing, and included items may vary depending on the kitten's age, veterinary scheduling, and breeder protocol at the time of pickup.
